- Our Volunteer Program is overseen by the 501-C3 Heart of the Shepherd
- Who can Volunteer?
- Anyone- however less than 18 must volunteer with an adult
- Individuals or Families
- 4-H & FFA groups
- Any other clubs, churches or organizations
- Get High School or College credit for your volunteer hours
- Regular volunteer or one time volunteers are welcome
- Regular volunteers may come weekly, biweekly or monthly
- Fiber arts demonstrators
- Living Nativity - volunteer with your family in the Nativity
- Service Projects such as: Gardening, Barn Maintenance, Barnyard chores, pumpkin moving, field harvest, field maintenance, fencing, join us on a mission trip, haying, black walnut harvest, pecan harvest, lambing season assistance, sewing, building projects and maintenance
- A docent is a regular volunteer that goes through our training program to become a tour guide
- Tour guides provide tours for the Farm Museum, Bible Garden, Livestock, Wool Mill, wagon rides and special events
